At least you're getting some charging... recently purchased a Japanese import into NZ a 2024 iX1 xDrive30 but has software version 11/2023.52 and although I have put "software updates" on, I am not sure if it will as appears to be restricted if Jap import into Australia or NZ (so I've been told) but dealer also has iX1 xDrive30 and his has been updating...
Now for the problem.... it won't charge at home using portable 3 pin cable (directly plugged into wall) either using his cable or our new one. Connect up, says "Calculating" then finally an "Error message" and "Unable to charge".
I have set to "Immediate" charging, and deleted the timing charge schedules and tried "preconditioning" even though probably not required?
On MyBMW app, I have correct VIN number but on first page says "App usage restricted You are not authorized to connect this BMW and therefore you do not have full access to all app functions for this vehicle"
Need some help quick as not keen on having to top up at charge stations...

What settings are people using in their car? In the charging & climate settings is the charging mode set to charge immediately or is it set to charge in time slot?
I use OVO charge anytime with a WaEV charger. I seem to get a charging interrupted now and again.
